Ryan Pratt is the founder and principle owner of Timber Creek Custom Homes. To fund his education in Real Estate Finance at BYU's Marriott School of Business, Ryan spent summer months working and learning many different construction trades including foundations, framing, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, etc. After graduating and spending a few years working in banking and mortgages, Ryan decided to follow his true passion and  return to construction. Changing gears slightly but bringing a substantial finance background with him, he served several years in management roles with other luxury home builders first Utah County and then in  Summit County/Park City before opening Timber Creek Custom Homes. His enthusiasm for creating beautiful spaces drives him to blend building materials in innovative ways to create breathtaking, functional and inviting homes.

Ryan and his wife/business partner, Mallory, live in the beautiful Heber Valley where they raise their five children. When not on job sites, Ryan loves to spend time with his family and friends participating in everything outdoors that the Wasatch Back has to offer.
